FAQ- KNITTED & KNOWN CLASSES
Why are your classes so expensive?
Here is a cost breakdown for the blanket class.
Materials = $45-$55
Travel to the class = $5 both ways
Instructor fee = $30-$40, depending on the materials. This fee is broken down into the 4.5 hours the instructor is setting up, teaching, and cleaning up. $6.50-$9 an hour.
What is the age limit for your classes?
The youngest I have had complete a blanket class successfully is 10 years old. This does not mean all children this age are a good fit for the class. As a momma of 3, I know each kiddo is different and some can sit and learn, and some get bored easily :) Please consider these questions before buying tickets for you and your child. These questions are also for the Bee class, Pumpkin class, and Stocking class
Factors parents should consider:
1. Is your child interested in learning this style of knitting?
2. Can your child sit for 2 or 3 hours doing the same thing?
3. Can your child follow instructions without getting upset or frustrated while learning something new?
